Our submission for this challenge must be only for chongqinq or for whatever city with complex geography ?

  Thanks for writing. The rules state, "What to Create: Makers must create (or have created) a working software application that that helps people take advantage of multiple modes of transportation in cities like Chongqing, where there are complex geographical constraints." I hope this helps!

  Hi there,

  I intend to submit my app for this contest today. However, it will still be in BETA and can only be accessible to people I specify via email.

  Which email addresses can I add to the BETA app setup so they can download it from the app store? This will be a Windows Phone 8.1 app.
